~ Leap of Faith ~

~ Leap of Faith ~

Free falling into, opportunity, fearless and brave,
Experiencing once again, my heart full of faith.
My mind is a parachute, open, and able to protect,
This life I choose to honor and fully respect.
Free falling into life, one moment at a time,
I ’m grateful for the courage to be powerful and kind.
I jump and pull the cord that triggers my destiny,
I soar into my dreams,
because I choose to be free!
~~~~~
My choices and my actions
Are like a pebble in a pond.
I know not how far the ripples go,
Only that it is beyond,
Beyond my ability to reason
But not my ability to love and trust.
Following my heart is an absolute must.
Thank you for supporting me in the way that you do
My journey would not be the same if it wasn’t blessed by you.
Let's Get Addicted!
As I write there is thought, a chemical, neurological, energetic process, that starts I believe, beyond my mind and continues through my body to the keys on the pad that is registered here - in your awareness and travels through your eyes to your brain and possibly beyond your mind to begin again... Hmmmm What do you think now? How about, "I Love You!" Healthy, Happy, Habitual Thinking - Let's get addicted to that!
How are You?
 ~ How are You? ~
Say how you feel.
Feel how you think.
Think how you live.
Live how you believe.
Believe how you learn.
Learn how you perceive.
Perceive how you exist.
Exist how you are.
~ Shoot for the Moon ~
~ Shoot for the Moon ~
The moon is apparent,
because it has light.
It can be seen during the day,
and at night.
The sun always shines,
even if it can't be seen.
Look at the moon,
see what I mean.
People are apparent,
because they have light.
They can be seen
during the day and at night.
Spirit always shines
even if it can't be seen.
Close your eyes
see what I mean.
There may be moments
when life appears dark.
Remember the moon
and your eternal spark.
A shadow of doubt requires
the essence of light.
Spirit is present
day and night.
Open your heart
and shoot for the moon.
Let your light shine
it's never to soon!
~ Courage ~
~ Courage ~
Courage is a pillar supporting unknown possibilities;
it is the strength of action in intimidating conditions.
Courage conquers fear.
Courage does not pause. It stands resolute.
Courage is power; it overcomes impossible conditions.
Courage is the Commander and Chief for Love.
It holds office by majority vote.
Courage offers Hope inertia;
Faith stamina and Honor opportunity.
Courage is a medal placed on the heart of Heroes.
Courage is summoned by a strong soul
and passed over by the weak.
Originally for Jimmy, my courageous friend.
~ Celebrating Children ~
When does childhood begin and when does it end?
Life is all about learning how to live and adapt, as things change. In the womb children begin life with innocent, sentience. Their existence is not that they are part of a whole rather that they are the nucleolus of a miracle.
At birth a sense of separation occurs; suffering is experienced and change though ever present makes its first cognitive début. A child transcending from the mothers womb will experience physical stress and in a sense suffering, however it isn’t until around age two that a child will begin developing a sense of true separation and individual identity.
In the beginning children are “Wonderful”, literally they are full of wonder. Everything is amazing, marvelous, sometimes astonishing and often surprising. They are sensational; soaking up all that there senses can handle at one time. They in turn mimic their surroundings, they develop fundamental sounds for speech; facial expressions and body language and begin learning the power of cause and affect.
Within the first year a child develops from a helpless infant that can barely see, to a baby that sees well and has developed enough strength and coordination to, rollover, sit up, possibly pull themselves up and stand; reach for things, grasp them in their hands and maneuver them to their mouth where they think everything belongs. They learn they effect their surroundings - for example, I cry = Loving Caretaker Comforts me or I bite = Loving Caretaker Disciplines me. Of course one can only imagine the variables this simple, seemingly ideal examples may have, some good, some bad, all important to how the child will learn to be.
By age two children become self centered. They begin experiencing themselves as an individual and they recognize that they are a power to be reckoned with. Ah! The terrible twos are a time of independence and self discovery matched by, learning physical boundaries and personal boundaries enforced by “Caretaker(s)”, and the world at large.
In the early stages of child development, life is a sensual experience. Words are less important than the tone with which they are construed; how the child is touched or not, determines essential neurological, psychological and emotional vitality; what the child sees energetically has more impact then the superficial facade adults contrive in attempt to hide their truth(s).
At around age three, things change. Children begin to reason more. Their thoughts begin to take form and power. Before long thought matter dictates their emotions and greatly influences their physiological responses to everything they perceive. Now, words have meaning; touch is reciprocated in the way it was learned or not and the masquerade party of the world becomes infectiously dramatic, appealing and elusively fundamental.
Learning to live begins to take uncanny effort. Suffering has meaning and life becomes more about resisting change rather then being change. What can I get becomes more important then what I can give and parents become teachers in different ways.
It is now that children need different reinforcement; tools to keep their inner light -“Love” ablaze and knowledge that will empower positive wisdom.
Listen (Read) now, as if you were a child.
“Life is all about learning how to live and adapt as things change.” It requires invisible, magical tools that you get to collect along the way. In fact, did you know you have a very special tool-box that contains every thing you will ever need to be happy and full of Love! Do you know where this tool box is? It’s beyond your mind. Yep! It is in a place even more mysterious then where your thoughts come from and it’s invisible, just like the tools you have to collect to put in it. Do you know what the tools might be? They are really, really super-powerful ideas! Imagine that! The magical tools that go in the invisible toolbox are ideas! Where do we get ideas? We choose them. Sometimes we make them up all by ourselves and sometimes we get them from other people. It’s really fun to collect good ideas! Let me show you a few examples. These are ideas I collected from other people that I liked so much, I have chosen to put them in my invisible tool chest. Now I’m excited because I get to share them with you! Ready? Listen careful and feel free to choose any or all my ideas to put in your tool box too.
Believe in yourself! Be an explorer; seek out adventures and knowledge. Challenge ideas! Don’t spend time worrying about what will be or has been. Be now. Enjoy the moment. Respect relationships you have in life with people; money; objects and the miracle maker. Have faith; never give up life. Learn to recognize opportunity. Suffer with optimism and hope. Change healthfully and well. Know - actions speak louder then words; change is ever present; the worst will come to pass; by example you teach and Love is not found in another’s heart it is the essence of your own!
The truth of the matter is children poses innocence and freedom, with this, they trust the world born unto them and they eagerly venture, fearless and timeless into humanity not knowing that their birth given rite freedom and their soul given gift, spirit, will be challenged. They don’t know that their greatest responsibility is to preserve and maintain the “Love” that they are and to share that love by example, they just do it!
Do you believe childhood never ends? If so, then is it possible that you are not part of a whole rather that you are the nucleolus of a miracle?
